Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance and exceptional hospitality. Without even asking, they graciously upgraded our room because there was availability – such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The top manager deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Dormero Hotel, for creating such unforgettable memories for us. This is the hotel we liked the most during our stay in Sri Lanka. It’s situated next to the lagoon. The room is spacious, bed comfortable, delicious breakfast & very kind and friendly staff. The river safari is also agréable, we’ve seen different animals. If we come back to Sri Lanka, here is the place we want to stay again.

Everything. Central location, beautiful hotel and well thought out rooms. But most of all excellent service and staff.. I got a very friendly welcome at check-in by three ladies (unfortunately didn't get their names) and help at early morning check out by Amin. The hotel also arranged for a packed breakfast. I wish I had come earlier and stayed longer.
