An amazing host! The breakfast was not only delicious but also generously portioned. The large pool was perfect for children to enjoy. The location is incredibly peaceful and serene, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. 5 min walk to large sandy beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s beautifully equipped with excellent amenities, including a lovely pool, a relaxing outdoor area, and a charming dining spot. The rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. It is located just steps away from Talalla Beach, a serene and uncrowded beach that felt refreshingly quiet compared to more touristy spots. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a delicious spread that included a fresh fruit platter, toast, and eggs made to order.

We had a lovely room overlooking the small garden and long beach. A great position. The beach was ideal for walking and the surf perfect for beginners upwards. The breakfast was terrific , the staff super friendly and facilities on point.

The most lovely retreat on a lesser known but equally beautiful beach. It felt like a home away from home with tea, coffee, water, fruit available in the day and lovely breakfasts in the mornings. Near to a couple of restaurants and a bakery a small walk away. Great pool and loungers on the beach and a stunning sea view. The host and his team were very friendly and accommodating of any queries we had. We changed our booking to only one night but definitely wished we could have stayed longer.

I absolutely loved staying at the villa! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. 1)Mirissa Beach 2) Madiha and Polhena beach 3) Kamburugamuwa beach 4) coconut tree hill The villa itself was superb — spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space, with its stunning views, breakfast was superb, was especially amazing. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the amenities to the service, truly made it a memorable experience." If you're planning a down-south tour, I highly recommend staying at this villa. It's the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and location, offering everything you need for a relaxing and memorable experience.
