Staying at Bluechip Summer Bungalow was absolutely magical. The location, right in the middle of a tea plantation, and the beautiful British-style house surrounded by gardens make you feel part of Nuwara Eliya’s history. Our room was huge, with the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

I had a great experience during my stay! The staff provided excellent service-friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained spaces throughout. My only suggestion would be to have slightly more room space for added comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely consider returning!

The rooms wrre just lovely , clean ,comfortable and roomy with a sitting area - much better than expected .The views were beautiful and there was a grsat sit out space .The meals were very good and superbly presented . Staff excellent , helpful & friendly.

This was probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our time in Sri Lanka! The hotel is modern and very clean, and so was our room. It’s 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the city center: the hotel is located uphill, with a nice view on the surrounding mountains and fields, it’s a very relaxing location, and very quiet at night.
