This Hotel is a must while in mirissa! The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was good. Monkeys 🐒 come out in early evening to see you. We also met owners who even gave us a small gift to take home. Will definitely be back if in mirissa.

I recently stayed at Swell Shacks for one night and had an amazing experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The design of the hotel is simply stunning and perfectly complements the beautiful environment. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach right in front of our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking sights. I had such a wonderful time that I will definitely be coming back in the future. There are many nice aspects about this place. It’s very quiet as it is not located near the main road. Clean spacious rooms with small kitchen. Good bed. Nice bathroom. Clean swimming pool and very relaxing garden. Yummie breakfast. Friendly staff. And all of this for a very reasonable price. Well done ! Would recommend it very much

The personnel of the hotel were very kind and the food was really good, breakfast was awesome. If you rent a motorbike or car you can visit the best beaches on the area within a short period of time. Our stay at the hotel was super so we highly recommend this hotel as an option to stay on the south of Sri Lanka.
