Wonderful family! Very accomodating, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful modern villa, set in a jungle like environment with nice views. The villa also offers a large and clean pool. Inoka the host suggested interesting sightseeing spots and her husband drove me to some locations around the area. I felt very welcome and safe travelling alone. The rooms are fantastic!Very nicely furnished, clean to a high standard, the bed comfortable and some rooms have a balcony. There is a elegant dining and living room area one may use with coffee and tea making facilities. My best stay in Sri Lanka so far and I highly recommend it. Ah, and not to forget the tasty food, I had dinner and breakfast here and it was so good. Inoka finally took me to the local bus station to make sure of a safe departure. Thanks again for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Definitely recommend to others. We stayed for 2 nights, wish we had more time to stay here. Our room was fantastic! Really spacious and a lovely big bed. We also had a prived terrace, and the accommodation have pleanty of terraces with lovely views (good for sunrice & sunset when its not so cloudy). The restaurant is nice aswell, they make good local food but also pretty good western food! The prices are reasonable (good enough for us to stay here). Book a massage, that 1 hour relaxation is so nice. We liked that it is not a very big hotel, so its not crowded at all. Enough room at the pool to relaxt. The staff is super friendly, are willing to help you with anything. No request is to much. In less words: its worth to stay here :-) thank you for everything!

What an amazing place! Everything was superb. From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, and I sincerely hope I can return as soon as possible! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and cultural exploration.

This place was absolutely incredible — a true hidden gem in the heart of nature. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, everything was perfect. What made our experience truly exceptional was the hospitality. A special thank you to Christian, who made us feel so welcome and cared for — he truly made us feel special. The entire atmosphere is one of relaxed luxury: beautiful design, modern and tasteful aesthetics, and delicious food that exceeded our expectations. It’s one of those rare places where you feel pampered and at peace at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay here. The manager and the cook both went above and beyond to make sure we feel right at home and have everything we need. The location is in a more residential area and has a huge garden and pool. The room offers a stunning view over the beautiful landscape and was very modern with a very clean bathroom, hot water and AC. If you are looking for a very quiet stay outside of Kandy, I highly recommend Cogent Holiday Stay!

A very pleasant, quiet guesthouse with amazing views onto green hills from the terrace. Spotlessly clean !!! Spacious well-equipped room. Super friendly and helpful staff!! Western breakfast and Sri Lankan dinner were both delicious.

Better than the photos..very traditional hotel room at world standard..clean, comfortable, tv, tea coffee, fridge..great pool..you forget you are in Sri Lanka! The staff were just lovely. Stayed here as it's close to the Botanic Gardens not a tourist area real food, real life, real Kandy!
