the stay was very comfortable after a long day of travel, the staff was exceptional! the owner was so kind as to pick us up and drop us off at airport. we were nervous about sri lanka at first, but the staff eased our stress immediately! Very helpful with information about the country and where to go. The room had all the toiletries and working AC. wifi was fast and the outlets were universal. This hotel went above and beyond and scheduled a taxi service for us to get all the way to Kandy for an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend, would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking to stay close to the Colombo airport, consider this place. It was clean and comfortable. Our kind hosts accommodated our 13:00 arrival, and greeted us with a delicious and warm breakfast when we awoke. It is a heritage property and has been maintained really well. I opted for the small room since I was only there for the night, but ended spending most of my time in the common areas and around the pool, which was relaxing. The dinner and packed breakfast were also perfect, they packed me some fruits too which were yummy.

I‘m glad that I found this hotel - it had everything I needed: - delicious food (breakfast, lunch and dinner available for a very good price) - a comfortable chair with a desk - very good WiFi internet connection - AC and a fan - clean rooms - close to airport Mr. Basil, the caretaker, does an excellent job, he helped me with all my questions and took care of my well-being at anytime! Mrs. Latha cooked for me authentic and delicious Sri Lankan food - I was so happy to stay at this place for six days and to learn a little bit about Sri Lanka! I will come back soon at the end of my trip and I‘m very happy about it! If you need a place in Negombo, you should definitely book this hotel and eat there!
