My wife and I booked this last minute as we were both ill on arrival to Sri Lanka and couldn't drive to Sigiriya as planned. The staff were amazing!! They really went above and beyond. They knocked on the door numerous times to check on us and bring us food and drinks. The room was great, and the setting was so peaceful and picturesque. Thank you so much for the staff ❤️

The recipienist Thilini fantastic ,very helpful and friendly really help us a lot 😍❤️, appreciated her. One more person Nadika the cleaner she was very understanding neat and clean service of her. All the restaurant staff wow❤️ serving us . Finally I advise tourist to sit in Kanyan hotel in kurnugale city.best place.

This boutique hotel has an amazing history, it used to be a private residence 100 years ago. Most of the flooring tiles are original, the place has been beautifully restored, the rooms are incredible and very cozy, their beds are comfortable. I don't want to give away the story behind the beauty of this building but do stay there and ask them for a little tour around. It's absolutely fantastic.

Lovely serene grounds with some very new individuals villas - some with a pool and some without. Super clean, nice staff and great location if you drive your own Tuktuk or are happy to book one for transport to Pinnawala (10 mins drive away).
