Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the facilities we could need: hot water, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and free WiFi. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start our day. Zion Property Care is perfect for families seeking a clean, well-facilitated, and welcoming place to stay. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Grand tasteful accommodation in the heart of Colombo but perfectly quiet and peaceful, where the sound of traffic is non existent and replaced by bird song. Huge rooms, great pool, terrific food. A big thanks to Christoph, Chamara and all the staff, (even the pool attendant) for such great smiles, and friendly and courteous service.

Despite some misunderstandings caused by credit card charges through the bank, the hotel manager, Mr. Kariyawasam remained professional and kind in handling the situation. The staff were also very friendly, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Overall, if I were to recommend a place to stay in the area, Viluxey City Hotel would undoubtedly be my top choice.

They sat down with us, maps in hand, and laid out detailed, insider tips on what to see and which hidden gems most travelers miss. They even suggested ideas for future trips beyond this stay—talk about going the extra mile! The villa itself is spot-on: the pool is crystal-clear and perfect for lazy afternoons, the bed is wonderfully comfy (we slept like babies), and the shower has proper hot water with excellent pressure—exactly what you want after a day of exploring. As a female solo traveler, my experience at Zylan Boutique Hotel in Colombo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality, making me feel instantly welcome and safe in a foreign city. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was both spacious and immaculately clean. The room boasted great water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom amenities – including a dental kit and shower gel – were thoughtfully provided, which I greatly appreciated as I was traveling with hand luggage only. Breakfast at Zylan was a delight. The à la carte menu offered a variety of classic options, allowing me to choose from freshly prepared eggs, chicken sausage, or pork bacon, accompanied by crispy hash browns, a delightful fruit platter, and an assortment of breads with jams, oats, and cereals. There was certainly something for every palate, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The attentive service at Zylan Boutique Hotel truly stood out. The staff was not only friendly but also highly professional, providing stellar service that is worthy of a five-star rating. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a calm area away from the hustle and bustle, which allowed me to enjoy some peaceful moments after a day of exploring Sri Lanka's vibrant culture. I wholeheartedly recommend Zylan Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Colombo, particularly for solo travelers. I enjoyed my time so much that I would come back immediately!
