The check in procedure was clear, contact person always picks up and explains the details. the are is very slow and quiet and nice, no noise. Facilities were very clean, newly renovated and understandable. Also parking is available. I will stay again when in Kaunas

Great location, car is almost not needed after yoy park it. everything is few meters away. room was spacious big tv screen , AC, comfy beds , most important black out curtain and silence although its on the road.

We're visiting Kaunas 1-2 times a year. Tried Victoria Hotel after trying a few additional Hotels in the city. Since then staying only at Victoria Hotel. Great Location, Good Parking, Great Staff. I think I'm seeing some additional improvements each time we coming back to the Victoria Hotel.
