Unforgettable Stay at Bēces Our stay at Bēces was truly unforgettable. We spent a week here as a couple and enjoyed every moment. The wooden house is built with high quality and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It is located in a scenic and quiet plot close to the seaside. For a pleasant alternative to cooking at home, we highly recommend the restaurant/café "Dzintariņš" in Bernati, which is just a 10-minute walk away. Bernati is a calm village.
Bernati is a calm village. There is only one cafe in Bernati (and another one next to the main road), so we found it most comfortable to prepare our own food at the place we stayed. Liepaja is 20 km drive away and can be an alternative option. Unlike many other places in this region, Bernati is reachable along the paved road, which is important.
