This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Africa. All staff were extremely helpful, and what you see is what you get: splendid rooms, extremely well attended garden and an immaculate service. Truly a little oasis in the middle of the desert. The only bad thing: the UV was more than we could handle, but well. See you again next year for Marathon des Sables!

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! Everything was great. The location was really good in Oarzazate, the room was clean, and quiet. You can use the pool anytime of the day. They have european breakfast. And the staff is really nice too.

The accommodation is simple & basic but comfortable enough. Really nice to have a balcony looking out over the plaza, & 2 pillows! Also, surprised to find the house keeper comes! The whole area around the huge plaza is so pretty in pink & has such a nice feel with families congregating there from early evening for the children's activities. You couldn't find nicer staff anywhere & the breakfast was probably the best we've had in Morocco - fresh juice, coffee, omelette, pancake & fresh baguette. I just loved the amlu (roasted spread not unlike peanut butter), it was the best ever! Never heard of it before but it's sensational, you have to go there to try it!
