The Kasbah is a beautiful oasis in the Skoura palmeraie oasis, tastefully decorated and curated in every detail. It can be reached easily via car: though there are no directions on the road itself (which is understandable), Waze or Google maps provide perfect indications and the property sends you messages with directions - it's very difficult to miss. The kasbah is just out of a dream: cypresses surround the gardens and the pool, the sundbeds have soft sun-bathing mattresses, there's several pieces of Morrocan furnitures in all the spaces. They provide dinner with a fixed menu, which was very tasty and had a reasonable price, given they source everything organically and they have very high standards. The staff goes out of their way to quickly provide you with Morroccan tea and towels and they communicate in French and English and we had no problem at all with communication: special mention to Mohammed who would always try to anticipate your needs with a smile and a welcoming approach. We had a room on the last floor overlooking the pool and the palmeraie, which was a breathtaking view. The room had a cozy bed area, and another two rooms for the toilet and the bathroom, where hot water never lacked. There may be drafts coming from doors and windows, which are perfectly manageable with all the blankets provided in the room: these are minor inconveniences that can be expected given it's an old (despite perfectly renovated) building in the middle of Skoura. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

Beautiful hotel, looks absolutely stunning and the rooms were very clean, modern and we felt super comfortable! Also right next to the centre in a great location. Breakfast was really good too.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! Very good riad wit the pool. We were able to park motorbikes in the front yard. Hot water....!

Superb property in a great location . Enjoyed wandering around looking at the decor inside. Fantastic pool area and surrounding gardens. Rooms perfect. Staff very helpful and always available to assist.
