It was The Best Place to stay compared to other booking. We stayed in Morocco three weeks (about 7 places), only here had only European style breakfast. Special thanks to the housekeepers, every day they cleaned. Some outdoor activities were perfect. Perfect dinner atmosphere.

We stayed 4 nights in September 2024 in the room "Wish". We loved every minute of our stay. The gardens and pool are havens of quiet and tranquility and beautifully maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Thanks so much to everyone for a wonderful stay !!!

I was greeted with warm hospitality and friendly staff, The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly shown to my elegant and spacious room inside a villa. They have villas and suites so you can bring your friends or family to enjoy the place together. The room itself was a haven of relaxation, featuring comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the resort's well-manicured gardens and traditional artwork. The restaurant served an array of mouthwatering Moroccan and international dishes, prepared by talented chefs . I had the opportunity to indulge in the spa's rejuvenating treatments, which left me feeling pampered and revitalized. From the hamam to the massage to the jacuzzi The swimming pools provided a refreshing escape from the Moroccan heat, and the expansive gardens provided a serene environment for relaxation and exploration.

Beautiful riad with a friendly host We were traveling from a tour in the Sahara and flying out really early the next morning, so even though there weren’t many reviews, we decided to take a chance on it, and we were so glad we did! The riad has a beautiful, spacious courtyard, which is very comfortable and relaxing. Our room was really nice, clean, and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the morning, so we can’t comment on the breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful and offered to arrange a cab downtown for dinner, but unfortunately we were too worn out from our day of traveling. We would have loved to stay there another day!

The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

The hotel is quiet and cleaned, the staff are amazing friendly, kind and happy always, the food varieties are without limits and delicious , the night show everyday for children, everyone asking me if I need help or service. The restaurant team, the reception, the guards, and the show, everyone is overexcited and looking to make us happy. I didn’t try the aqua park because the cold weather but I enjoyed the covered pool it was ok. I spent only two nights but I would stay more if I have more time. Thanks to all the team for the generosity and the kindness, see you soon.

Perfect experience, the closest to paradise. Everything, to the maximum level of detail was taken into consideration. From day one to our last minute in the hotel, everything was brilliant. The owner was attentive at all times, available and offering assistance for all kind of questions and suggestions. She even drove us to the city center with her personal car… The cleanness of the rooms, the facilities (pool, restaurant, terrace) was state-of-the-art. We booked a junior suite and were upgraded unsolicitedly because of room availability. The people in charge were polite, attentive and on call at all times. Highly recommended. Surely will come again and choose this palace.

    Excellent hotel at Aqua fun club they had a variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were superb. The animation team were excellent did a great job and kept us entertained. The Aqua park is brilliant lots of slides and for the younger kids. The room service was good and cleaned for us everyday gave fresh towels. Main city bazaar is 25mins drive away but they have a free shuttle bus that take you there and back. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

    I would truly recommend this resort as this has many facilities for adults and children. The staff were absolutely wonderful especially Samah, Oumaima, Mounir, the house keeping staff iymaan was lovely. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Shuttle bus goes free to the city centre. One top hotel.

    The food was fresh and delicious with different choices each day. The water park was ace and the hotel facilities were excellent. The standard of cleanliness in the public areas was super high. The staff were excellent expecially Hamza on the front desk.

    Loved the slides and space within the hotel. The pools were spacious and varied for all ages. Some of the staff were friendly,,, the ladies on the roti rolls at breakfast were lovely. Breakfast was good and plentiful, but still chaotic.
