I run a 5 day fitness retreat in Marrakech and was looking for somewhere close to my retreat, venue, to stay the day before. I found this riad on booking.com and it seemed perfect location although I was not expecting much for the price of the room. But, I was very much mistaken. This beautiful hotel has a lovely pool and the extensive gardens were filled with exotic palms, cacti, roses and many other flowers all in bloom. The interior was very tastefully designed and has a homely feel. The staff are extremely warm and friendly. The food was also a real treat with lots of fresh produce. This hotel deserves 5 stars for all the effort they go through to ensure your stay is comfortable. I highly recommend this and will return again before my next retreat. Thank you so much, a gem of a hotel.

Since absolutely everything was perfect, our review sounds like it was generated by ChatGPT (see part two); therefore, here are a few very personal impressions to highlight the special class of the hotel (part one): Part one: we stayed with an 8-year-old child, and although the hotel isn't specifically marketed as a 'family hotel,' it was perfect for my son: the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were given carrots for the hotel's resident donkeys, and in the playroom, there was even someone to explain all the video games. A few other very special impressions: I was allowed to play piano at the bar, or rather practice 😉, the entire hotel complex smells heavenly, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights; the management is incredibly accommodating: we arrived a day later and did not have to pay for it (despite being way out of the refund time), room service was super fast. The sample pictures do correspond perfectly to reality: the architecture and craftsmanship are breath-taking (200 artesian worked for 10 years!), the garden is calm, magnificent and tasteful; all facilities are brand new and of the highest standard; the rooms and the hotel are extremely clean; the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, exceptionally well-trained and caring and attentive handling of children, any special request is fulfilled and made possible;

Loved my time here, The room: Exemplary. Large open rooms with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, the shower pressure is perfect (a rarity) and the television can connect to all the main streaming services. Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.

We were absolutely delighted with everything: the architecture, the gardens, the pool, the spa, the food. So pretty! The staff is silently guessing your wishes before you even say anything. Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.
