All in all, a decent and reliable choice for travelers looking for simplicity and convenience in Mandalay.

Staff were superlative, especially the restaurant manager Ma Thwe. She really cared for us and was wonderful ❤️ Drivers and Yangon bus tickets were arranged. Fast laundry service. Fantastic food, we never ate outside! Breakfast buffet was great. Room service and beer garden during happy hour (free drink every night) Beautiful garden lit up at night and a nice pool. I can't recommend this hotel and the staff enough.

I arrived in Mandalay 28/03/25 as the 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit. As the city turned into chaos the manager (female from Lithuania) remained calm and organised somewhere for us to stay, food and water. Which during that time was not an easy task. I cannot thank her and the team enough for helping me in this time as I would’ve been screwed without them!!

Great central location simple very friendly hotel with free breakfast. The staff will try to help you the best possible way. Bring US dollars cash.

Just the center of the city. Everything was ok. cleam rooms, toilets, smiling stuff.
