- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

The location is simply amazing - located directly in the Center of the beautiful suburb Contessa, with plenty of of cool spots around to explore. The design & interior is gorgeous and the hotel mates are more than caring and friendly. The Breaky is amazing & the hotel restaurant just stunning. We loved staying at Casa Cuenca & would come back anytime. Highly recommend to anybody exploring CDMX.

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.
