Loved everything about our stay here. The view from the bungalow is out of this world. Food was great and in plentiful supply. The staff are great, Maman and his team are friendly and professional. Loads of snorkelling and diving activities bookable direct from the property.

Property was newly renovated so we had a beautiful new room to ourselves . Bed was comfortable, views were absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a turtle right in front of our room. The owners were absolutely amazing; very accommodating, helped us with everything from booking tours to transport. Food was delicious, and they even helped us haggle for fresh seafood

Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us with our trips and travel plans. They were so friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated staying in their homely cottage. The resort is situated about 15 min drive out of Semporna, in a plantation. Semporna itself is not a nice town, therefore I was glad I was not staying in town. The rooms are lovely. Very clean, good lighting, comfortable bed, well working ac, soap, toothbrush, comb etc. available. The girl working at the reception is lovely and helped organize transfer from the harbour to the resort (which was free) and from the resort to Tawau airport as well as a last minute trip to Bohey Dulang, Mantabuan and Sibuan. Being so far out of town, the operate a free shuttle to Semporna which was amazing. The reception girl reliably told me which car will pick me up where and when. The tropical garden around the rooms is lovely and the restaurant was good.

The balcony is the best part for a diver with their wet equipments, and it's the crucial reason why I chose here. It took a night and my equipment all dry. The free shuttle between the jety and the hotel is convenient, and the only thing I have to do is to make a single call telling where I am. Though the hallway is full of durian smell from other guests, the room still smell free from it. The room has sufficient international sockets, good.
