My kids love it so much! Having parking in the basement is very convent IMO. So no battle with the elements when transferring luggage to the room. Changing the date and Check in process is seamless. Room is massive is an understatement. Also separate bathtub and shower cubicle. Enjoyed the mee mamak at the restaurant in the lobby. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast selections are ample including local malay food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Renai and the room rate is very competitive. I was also able to change for a smoking room on 12th floor. The supermarket adjoining the hotel is a good plus.

This was the second time that I stayed at this hotel. The place was still amazing just like the first time. Still one of the best, if not the best, places to stay at in KB.
