The check-in was delayed due to housekeeping, but other than that, everything in the room was well-provided, including the toilet, air-conditioner, and amenities such as toothbrush, towel, and drinking water. I had booked a river-facing room, although it's not exactly a direct river view; the room faces the hotel’s parking lot, with the river visible beyond that (attached the pic from my room). The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a satisfying selection of nasi lemak, char koew teow, bread, and porridge. Overall, no complaints, it was a good stay. The staff was also friendly.

The room was clean and the beach was right in front of the hotel. Staffs were really nice too I really enjoyed my stay. Wished I had a longer time in Kuantan so I could stay more than one night here.
