Grand setting, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. They told us early check in was subject to availability but we managed to get a room anyway - clear communication to manage our expectations and tell us what is possible. Breakfast is superb, in spread and quality. Starts early at 6am so it's good for a hearty meal before getting on an early flight. Really a breeze.

Amazing experience. Very conveniently located, many restaurants & shops in the mall open 24/7 so you can always grab something to eat. Express check in, nice personnel and the room was clean and crispy. I slept like a baby before my early morning flight. Best decision ever, happy to return.

Very luxurious stay. Everything was clean and neat. The gym is also amazing it’s so much better than typical hotel gyms too. It was our first time at an airport hotel so the staff were very helpful with our questions.

I did not have high expectations for a hotel airport. However the choice was for practicality due to a layover. All I can say is WOW!!! The hotel was easy to get to, just a few mins walk from the terminal, the smell of the airport when you walk in was so pleasant. The service was the topper, absolutely amazing ! We had zero wait time, extremely professional and quick to check in, and we even booked a breakfast for the next morning even though we were leaving at 5am. The room was good, I chose a basic option for a one night stay and it had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. There’s even a laundry area for you to use. We ate dinner at the airport because there were so many options when we were walking out, we had to go back and try. And when we got back we sat in the lovely courtyard of the hotel for cocktails. Check out the next morning was a breeze and we were glad to have our breakfast (nasi lemak, our choice) and tea which was packed well and waiting for us This hotel surpasses a lot of others you can find in cities, well done to the team for a lovely stay! No wonder they are rated as the best airport hotel in Asia!

The thing is that I was put not in this hotel but at the hotel located at the airport, Terminal 2. So everything was very close and it was comfortable to get my T1. This hotel is much better and bigger than Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis which is also nice.
