Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Penang Marriott hotel. The service provided by Ivan and the team was exceptional. Everybody was attentive and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay even more special. The location of the hotel perfect, away from the hustle of George Town. The hotel rooms good size and clean. Buffet breakfast offered a good variety of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel to make stay in Penang extra special

The staff and management are fabulous, so warm, friendly, and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The seafood night was fabulous, so much good food, but it does get booked up very quickly and we can see why. Fabulous view from our room. Loads of drinking water given to us every day, room was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities daily.

Place was clean, staff were prompt and lovely to deal with, amenities were good, can't fault it. Given the incredibly dishevelled and last minute circumstances in which we arrived at their doorstep, they were very respectful and lovely. Next time we are in Penang, we would definitely stay here again. Recommend it anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Penang. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Jazz Hotel!
