It is a small peaceful town with lots of shops you find in big cities. The food is cheap. The Pasar Tani was interesting. It is situated behind Restoran Berkat. This restaurant consists of a few stalls serving local delicacies. A must come for people not familiar with the local food. There is a more modern township called Amanjaya for the younger ones. Like with many other northern towns, visitors and locals alike are welcome to sample delicious food, such as mee rebus, mee Bandung, and mee udang. There are Coway water dispenser close to the rooms so it's convenient for guests just need to refill own water bottle, don't need to buy mineral water. The food at the buffet breakfast is delicious with ample variety. I was surprised they provide Starbucks coffee for buffet breakfast.
