Everything! Very stylish, great setup, scrumptious food, fully stocked minibar. Had the pleasure of staying in a superior villa with a private pool - heaven on earth, watching the animals sitting in your own pool cooling off. Did a great nature drive across the dunes, lots of animals (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, ostriches…). Overall definitely to be repeated!

The most amazing thing about this lodge is the location. The tented rooms are built on the crest of a dune, with a beautiful view over the desert and with enough privacy from the next tent. You have to drive a couple of kilometers on a sandy track to reach the room but it is totally doable even with a normal car. The bathroom is separated from the tent by a wooden bridge and very basic but that is part of the experience, it is a desert camp, after all! The temperature really dropped in the night but the lodge provided thick blankets so it was not cold to sleep. The staff were lovely, the food was good (you have to drive back to the reception for dinner and breakfast, or it is also possible to walk, if you fancy it). We only stayed one night and arrived quite late in the afternoon, so didn't have time to enjoy the pool or to try any of the activities that they offer.

In four weeks of traveling, this lodge was one of our favorites. The reception was very friendly, with a nice juice. Then we went on a game drive, with a very nice guide and lovely snacks te accompany the sun set. Dinner was done with lots of attention and love, the food was superb! At nighttime we wanted to look at the stars and they turned off the lights for us, thank you for that! Breakfast with your choice of eggs was very good as well and we loved everything about this lodge.
