Excellent location, chill vibe and close to some beautiful beaches. The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond for us the entire time we were there. We had some issues with a flat tyre after checkout and they assisted us to get it fixed in time to make our ferry. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was huge and a great temperature. The grounds were lovely and we saw lots of howler monkeys, squirrels and birds every morning. The cabin was comfortable with air con in each room. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the staff came to fix immediately.

Carlos was so lovely! He was very helpful, even offering to let us use his home gym if we wanted to. All the staff were great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The air conditioner was nice to come back to after being out all day.

The staff was exceptional. Helped us out with everything we needed. Always friendly and everything was arranged from the accomodation. The view and the location where amazing. After our 3 night reservation we extended our stay with another 4 nights!

It was beautiful and looked right out over the lake. It was perfect for what we wanted. There were also a family of howler monkeys in the trees above our room which was incredible.

David the Manager of the guesthouse was really nice and helpful and we felt welcomed very much also by the rest of the staff. The garden is a perfect relaxing spot with one of the best views of the island. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. We can highly recommend Ananda!

The place has a nice garden full of tropical plants, and an open roofed space with chairs, tables and hammocks. The breakfast was the usual Nicaraguan gallo pinto (rice with black frijoles) with eggs and fried plantains. Tasty. I made my own coffee in the guest kitchen. There are some nice walks from the place to a natural pool, the nearby (1.5 km) Finca Magdalena, and along the lakeshore past Balgue.

I fell in love with Ometepe and this ended up being the perfect spot. Wonderful people, wonder place and a great price. A special mention to Luis at the hostel. I forgot to collect my passport after handing it as security on my quad bike and he done some digging for me to find someone who could bring it safely to Granada for me. Excellent service throughout. I just know i will be back. I have a friend visiting soon and i will no doubt recommend he stays at this location.
