Highly recommend staying here for a longer duration. It was close enough to several beaches, either by walking or easy shuttles, but was also quiet and secluded. The location itself, as well as the spaces within the hotel, are beautiful and set up with a lot of intention. The owner was friendly, informative and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're trying to surf, explore or if you want sunrise yoga and to reconnect quietly. You are close to several restaurants as well as on location kitchen who are extremely accommodating.

Highly recommend staying at Buena Onda. Baba was super welcoming from the very first minute and makes you feel at home. Celine’s breakfasts are out of this world and really made my morning every day. Both of them were amazing hosts. The hostel is super clean, has an amazing view and outdoor/coworking area. The rooms are super spacious and stay cool during the night. Excellent value for money. Can’t wait to visit again.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The rooms are simple but have lots of clean towels and AC. The courtyard is a beautiful place to hang out, swim, read, and enjoy views of the beach. I loved our stay here.

We spent one night here on our way to Costa Rica. We didn’t like the vibe at all. Bit of a hostile welcome, dirty pillows and too many stray dogs following us. Dog mess everywhere. Had a balcony which was a bonus.
