The centre of Eindhoven is fully pedestrianised so it is easy and safe to walk around and it's only 10 minutes walk from the railway station. I liked the facilities.
I liked the facilities. The lady that helped me check in was nice. The thing I didn’t like was that I forgot my green and cream varsity jacket in the wardrobe and when I called, the guy that responded wasn’t nice with his response. The cleaners must have seen it and pretended that they didn’t which is very bad. In an organisation or cooperation, the workers need to be honest in their dealings. The rooms were very clean, we had everything we needed and a sweet compliment (snacks, wine, coffee, candies) on top of that. The staff were very kind and helpful. I was especially pleased with the reception lady and cleaning lady’s helpfulness and kindness. The hotel is 10 mins by walk to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins by walk to the central walking area and train station.
