The room was really cool! Nice big room with big bed and lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and plenty of room in it. The location is brilliant! It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre but is in its own little area with lots of bars and restaurants and is very close to the canal. I loved walking in and out of the main city as the walk is along a canal in a very pleasant part of the town.

Common spaces, with cool design, great to hang out with family (or friends). Delicious breakfast. Very good location, a pleasant walk to the centre along a lovely canal, close to museums. Beautiful views from the room. As for your car you can park it in a garage just opposite the street (they have a deal with the hotel and it’s only 18 EUR single exit). We had a family room, very spacious and very comfortable. Very friendly staff!!

Utrecht is such a nice city. Not too big so the hotel was close to everything (walking distance). I think Crowne Plaza is just a quality concept and this stay was no different. We found it a bit odd that the hotel entrance was inside a mall, but there was nothing to put a finger on. Nice, clean/tidy rooms with good space, good facilities, great and welcoming staff. Good breakfast buffet. Overall nice stay and good value for money.

The location was perfect. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We knew from other reviews that it would be very noisy, but we came prepared with good earplugs and we didn’t have any issues.

    every thing from start to finish at this Hotel is always enjoyable, Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms, Breakfast and dinning is exceptional. although they are having extensive building work carried out increase their room capacity and facilities this did not in anyway detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

    Excellent location! It’s right at Houten centre, next to the train station, shopping mall and grocery store. Very convenient. The apartment has everything well equipped and clean. Shower is good. Nothing to complain.

    The atmosphere was super nice, free parking right beside the hotel. Option to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. Big spacious rooms and bathroom !!!!!!!!!
