big and couzy room ("anna" room, indeed they have names). it is more like a small studio than a room: divided in two parts, there is a living area and sleeping area. The former includes a kitchenette equipped with two electric cooking hobs, sink, a complete set of kitchenware and pans, microwave, water boiler, coffe machine and fridge. Warm even with limited use of the heating, that is possible to adjust according to wishes. the breakfast is served in a common room at the ground floor and is superb, ranging from a rich fruit and salad choice to cheese, smoked fish, eggs, yogurth, croissants, freshly made orange juice, etc. the host and his wife are really friendly, they know how to do their job and make you feel at home. really a reccomended place if you want to stay in Kampen.

Liked everything about the stables. Such a clean cosy place and comfy bed. You can tell that a lot of care and thought been put in it. I gave the check in time and to my surprise when we entered the chalet heating was already on and it was nice warm inside. Owner is easy going as we changed the check in and out time twice and he happily approved. Responds to the messages quick.

We stayed in Kampen whilst visiting Wildeberg festival in Kraggenburg, the town itself is very lovely, and the train station is easily accessible to get to Zwolle which is a town we visited for the day! If you have bike/car Kampen is easy to get around, also the buses are very regular and good for jumping on and off :)

The tastefully decorated and designed room. The view from the windows of the sailing ships that moor along the quayside. The hosts, so kind and thoughtful, who provide a selection of alcholic and non-alcoholic beverages, nibbles and chocolates for their guests...nice touch 🤩 Overall, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Forget Amsterdam, if you are looking to stay in a charming former Hanseatic town, on the River Ijssel, we'd wholeheartedly recommend Kampen and 't Hanzehuys.

Very nice small place in the centre of kampen. Cosy, everything was there, including tea and coffee . Full private entry with key from a keybox next to the door, which feels nice, as if you are staying in a home. Fully enjoyed the bathroom, with bath. Didnt understand the heatingsystem at first, but was my mistake, didnt read the welcomeletter well. Friendly owner explained it to me on the phone and worked well. Also very convenient: free parking area 3 minutes walking away.

Really nice self-contained studio apartment on the ground floor, with a view out across the canal to the front (and a sunny bench to sit on outside) and a tiny outdoor space at the back with a table and two chairs. Nicely equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals (we didn't want to eat in a restaurant every night), and the bed was super-comfortable. Kampen is a very beautiful town, with lots of interesting places to visit nearby. And thank you for the beers in the fridge!

First impression was kind of odd being received in the breakfast room and gives the impression one stays/sleeps with the owners. Did not really feel as an hotel. Breakfast was ok, although ample space meaning breakfast timing was strict in order to alternate with other guests. Kind of strange that in order to go to the breakfast room you have to go via the outside/street. Location was ok in the center of Kampen.
