An excellent family-run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was top notch. The views are absolutely stunning from the bar and terrace areas and we were lucky enough to have booked a spacious room that maximised this vista. Very good food with an option of a very reasonably priced 2 or 3 course set menu each evening. It is right by the Lavik ferry. This certainly didn't detract from our experience, and was fun to watch. Everything was clean and the shower (one of my personal rating indicators) was great.

The hotel is beautifully located near the ferry terminal with views across the fjord. We had a very friendly welcome from the owner and the evening meal was excellent.
