    Lillestrom is fundamentally an uninteresting location from a tourist's perspective. Probably quite comfortable for local residents. There is little to do or see for tourists. If you require accommodation close to the conference centre, then this is a good alternative to the expensive hotel accommodation

    The apartment is next to the bus stop and a short bus ride...

    The apartment is next to the bus stop and a short bus ride to Lillestrøm train terminal. Lots of grocery stores and markets near by. Restaurants also. The largest shopping mall in Norway is located near Lillestrøm terminal. Strongly suggest to install the Ruter app if you plan to use public transport.

    Lillestrøm is an absolute gem nestled between Oslo Airport and the bustling city center of Oslo. Its strategic location makes it perfect for both work and leisure travelers, offering easy access to both destinations without the hustle and bustle of the city center. During my stay, I found Lillestrøm to be a delightful blend of convenience and charm. There are plenty of excellent dining options, catering to various tastes, ensuring that every meal was a culinary adventure. Additionally, the outdoor walking areas provide a refreshing escape and are perfect for unwinding after a busy day of meetings in Oslo. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, Lillestrøm offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!

    Very flexible, friendly and helpful host. Great parking few meters from the entrance. Big grovery store (Kiwi), a fastfood place (with great pizza) a hairdresser etc few meters away. Surroundings was like living in a small cozy city. Much better choice than a hotel. TV with loads of choices. Internet had good speed.

    Room was pretty and spacious. Excellent for staying with friends. Hotel was really new and pillows and blankets were super comfy. Hotel was still under renovation (propably new lobby area?) but it doesn't bother us, there was another small lobby space what we used.

    The apartment was close to the bus stop for buses into Lillestrøm where we got the train into Oslo. Buses ran every half hour. Nice light kitchen overlooking the garden.
