Great location 500m from beach; big bedroom and comfy bed; huge bathroom with good shower; well-equipped kitchen with bread and cereal supplied. Large deck with table and chairs, plus 2 Adirondack/Muskoka chairs. Bikes and kayaks for our use. Gillian and Mal were wonderful, friendly hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble -- we hope to return one day.

Basic cabin but adequate enough for us, complete with a fridge. There is a shared kitchen containing a fridge freezer, microwave and electric hob to use. Laundry facilities at a cost. There is a shop at the top of the drive that sells the basics. Interesting holiday park.

The landscape is beautiful, calming and peaceful with the pond and sea in the background adding to tranquillity and restfulness especially when healing from losing loved ones. The place is very easy to find on Waze or G. Maps & there is a Superette & Cafe 200m up the road. The amenities were exceptionally clean, with everything needed. As its winter & extremely cold here, (I'm from Brisbane), the Aircon worked great. Completely separate entrance from the residence, which included separate bathroom & walk in wardrobe. It's very quiet & peaceful. I was meant to leave @ 4am but slept till nearly 6am as the bed is soooo comfortable!! 10/10 for sure!!
