Lovely, spacious room with a nice view from the terrace. The owners were very friendly and warm and we enjoyed the excellent evening meal offered. The Kauri Museum right next door was great.

    Definitely a rural community.

Definitely a rural community. Activities available and the host offered to escort us up the nearby Toka Toka peak. The region offers a sample of New Zealand farm land. It can be as laid back or active as desired

I have been through Ruawai many times.

I have been through Ruawai many times. This time I needed to meet someone there the next morning. It just made sense to find some local accomodation. I searched on my phone and immediately found Pete and Sara. Everything just made sense. I booked in and arrived around 6:30pm We all had a pleasant evening with a board game at the table.
