We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s place. Everything was so well thought out, cosy and relaxing for the perfect weekend away. The stars at night are spectacular, watching them from the Hot Tub was a real highlight. Sarah's dogs came to greet us each morning and are the most friendly adorable dogs we've ever met! Best host, best location and lovely hut. We cannot wait to come back again soon!

We loved our stay at the Alps Motel & Apartments. The room was spacious and with all amenities , its also walking distance to the Twizel town centre which has supermarkets, playground for kids & restaurants. We chose to make Twizel our base to travel to Mt.Cook for trails . The property also has good parking space. The rooms were super clean. Would highly recommend this property in the beautiful town of Twizel

I expected the usual self catering type of place but got a fully furnished house. Even the details were there, a very comfortable bed, good lighting, a washing machine, a large frig, and a big back yard and even a doggie door.

Everything. Mary was a lovely host, the room was very clean, the shower was great, the kitchen was very well equipped, the view from every room was stunning.

A fabulous cottage, clean, comfortable, with everything one could want provided. The patio was a lovely private place to chill. Twizel itself is small but with good facilities and an excellent supermarket. An easy walk from the cottage to the shops and restaurants. Easy driving distance to the lakes and Mt Cook. Loved our time here.

We were warmly welcomed by a lovely host and very quiet environment. When we entered the accomodation, the room was already warmed up and had everything we needed. Tidy and very clean. We love all of them.
