this is a lovely modern well equipped hotel run by a lovely family. Fabulous bed and bedding and a heater in the room was greatly appreciated. breakfast was very good and filling. highly recommend.

The proactive care taken by the staff at Explora to organise a smooth arrival and departure, as well as the constant check-in and courtesy, the beauty of the site, the comfort of the beds, the sate room to details and room set up for the night, the spa (perfect to relax after a day adventuring), the experiences offered, the books about Peru in the lounge area, the awesome guide. I booked two nights in KanchayKillaWasi and I ended up staying five! Despite it is still a work in progress, the hostel is gorgeous and all the usable areas are in great condition. The room is warm at night and breakfast is always rich and different every day. Yolanda is an awesome human being and a fantastic host. I really enjoyed her company and she really cares for you to have a lovely stay. It goes without saying that you can really feel at home here. I'm sure I will come back next time I'll be around the sacred valley. Talking about, Chinchero is really a great location for visiting the Sacred Valley away from the chaos of the big and touristy Cusco! Important: the hot shower is nice and warm and it's NOT with an electric plug on the siphon (as it is very common here in Peruvian hostels) but with a separate boiler, which makes it much safer to me.

Very unprofessional! Despite the confirmed booking and a text message that I sent few hours before the check In, the host replied that she couldn’t receive me because she was away. She never cancelled the booking of informed me of anything. I had to find another place

This was probably the best hotel during our whole trip to Peru ❤️ breakfast was sooooo good and variety of food we got... Just amazing ❤️ staff was very helpful, they helped Us organize tour to Maras and Ollantaytambo ❤️ room were spacious and beds were super comfortable
