The place is very neat and very cozy! You can cook simple meals in the unit and the amenities and toiletries are complete. The place also has wifi and Netflix so you won't be bored staying at the place! Everything is exceptional. Even Tiyo (caretaker) very friendly and helpful. The owner also is very accommodating and responsive. They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

I had an amazing stay at the villa! The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to do, which made the experience even more enjoyable. nice small cozy property, 10mins walking distance from the beach. bedding was comfortable. air conditioning is efficient to cool up the entire house. WiFi works brilliant. speed was good and didn’t get disconnected at all during our stay. kitchen is equipped with crockery , cutlery, drinking water, fridge and cooking utensils which is great. there was a tv too but we didn’t watch it at all. it’s quiet and relaxing for a peaceful getaway. host was kind and coordinated even before we arrived. the caretaker is nice and does a great job at maintaining the place. thank you for waiting for us to arrive even though it was late.
