It is rare to find a service team so devoted to creating a memorable guest experience, but at Epic Suites, this is clearly the standard. The suite itself was breathtaking—a perfect blend of modern design and opulent comfort. Every corner of the living space reflected an attention to detail that is simply unmatched. The furnishings were plush and inviting, the amenities were state-of-the-art, and the panoramic views added an extra layer of magic to the space. Everything! If we could put 50 stars we would. From our arrival to our departure it has been amazing. The staff is exceptional, every single person, the room was absolutely spotless, everything was so clean and well organised. The bed is so comfortable, the view is just perfect! Bonne of the big tv! And the lovely swimming pool. Also breakfast is great and you have different choices. The menu for the restaurant is a bit repetitive but you have plenty of restaurants options nearby and near Alona. You won’t be disappointed booking at the Secret Garden Resort for sure. We hope to come back !

Beautiful hotel , everything was clean and just like the picture . The staff were friendly, and the food was healthy and very tasty . I would 100% stay here again , and I will be back soon . And looking forward to forward to staying here again :)

The room had everything that we could have wanted, plenty of hot water in the shower, cake delivered to the room in the evening along with the weather forecast for the following day by the room attendants. Breakfast was taken in the coffee shop associated with the hotel but could have had a wider menu, apart from that its a great place for a stay.
