The staff were excellent, Justyna and Gosia took time to interact with our 4 year old son and nothing was to much trouble. Food was very good.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is very modern, beautifully designed. Special compliments go to the pool area, which features a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, two saunas, a rooftop terrace with sun loungers, and various swimming toys for children. There is even a lifeguard on duty! We also really enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast, the food was delicious. The children’s playroom was fantastic as well. Many thanks to the hotel for the lovely gift for our child - a toy sheep. The hotel has even launched a contest to choose a name for it. We hope that our suggestion, “Tuli,” will be the winner! This SPA hotel should have 5 stars instead of 4 stars - everything was perfect!🤩 So clean, so cozy, the staff was friendly, the food was amazing and the location was great. We booked apartment and it was great. Very spacious room,big bed,sofa and what I loved was beautiful bathroom,bigger than usual hotel bathrooms. Staff was helpful and polite at any time of the day and night. I really recommend it. Location is great as it is in a city centre with easy access to everything.
