Everything was good but especially the staff. At first we got a room that was quite noisy because of the neighbors upstairs with screaming kids. We complained about it at the reception and they offered us another room. When we checked it, the room was facing the railway station so we were not satisfied as well. Finally they offered us the third room which was nice and quiet until the end of the stay. The receptionist was very friendly and patient with our requests which we highly appreciate. Really great customer service.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at Best Western Hotel Mariacki in Katowice, and my experience was simply extraordinary. Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, easily accessible, and close to many of the city's attractions. This made exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable. Room: I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless, providing a sense of comfort and security. Staff: The hotel staff were extremely kind and professional. They were always ready to help and answer any questions or needs I had. Restaurant: As a beer enthusiast, I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying the beers offered by the hotel's restaurant, which includes a mini-brewery on the ground floor. This unique feature added a special touch to my stay. A Gesture of Appreciation: I would like to extend a special thanks to the staff for a particularly considerate gesture. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. The hotel team was incredibly kind, sending me the charger by mail. In conclusion, I highly recommend Best Western Hotel Mariacki to anyone visiting Katowice, whether it's for business or pleasure.
