Not big and clean and great hotel near the airport. My two daughters and I only needed a room to rest for 12 hours between flight and bus. And we went to a meeting with the check-in time and the number of beds. And we received a lot of attention and excellent service. I want to especially mention Yustyna. It was extremely nice to receive help with every request. And the dishes prepared by her were very tasty. We are happy that we visited this particular hotel.

The location works for me. It's right near the train station and not far from the center. I like how guests can adjust the room temperature to their liking, the window block the most of the street noise, bed is not big but comfortable. Stuff is very friendly, they stored my suitcase for me after checkout. Since I took a train to airport, it was very convenient. Highly recommend and I will be back !

The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. Great Hotel! If you travel with kids and need to stay near airport - right place. Airport 7 min by car or taxi. Hotel can arrange a taxi and very well speak English. There are kids playground outside and inside kids room - perfect time! Very friendly staff!
