It was one of the best equipment house ever! Amazing location. Belive me, having place in the middle of island is the best option to start your whole day adventure ! Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything as described. Good value for the money. 10000% recommend! About all negative comments that house is cold... maybe it is a little BUT going to Madeira during winter/early spring season what do you expect? Theirs buildings are what they are... Owner provides small electric heaters so it is warm during the nights. Also you have plenty of blankets.... to all those comments which lower their rate... if you are expecting Hilton's standard go and book hotel. This house iis just AMAZING!

my whole family had a wonderful time in Villa Aurelio, villa is massive and it had everything it needs. Gina is such a lovely host and we couldn’t be more happier with our stay. Few things such as problem with flush on toilet in main bedroom, but it’s easy to fix and there are two other toilets. Property is on great location with beautiful views. Kitchen is little bit old but it wasn’t an issue for us as there was everything we needed. We’ve had few pet visitors such as stray cats and dogs which were so friendly and made our stay even better. So please look after them when you come :) We will definitely be back at Villa Aurelio one day 😊

Delicious breakfast, exceptional dinner and an infinite pool. For breakfast, you could choose from 5-6 warm meals (eggs, French toast, asparagus..) and a cold buffet (from cereals, croissants and local cheese to pastel de nata). The portions from the menu were smaller but in combination with the cold buffet, the breakfast was just awesome! We stayed in the with the "garden view ", however we could still see and hear the sea. The view was stunning.

Well located! There are busses running often to the city. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The hotel is super duper clean and organized. Close to the sea and to the woods. The staff is super welcoming and efficient! They are the best!
