I cooked on the induction hob and in the oven, lit the log burner and used the washing machine. The bed was the best thing! It was comfortable with cosy fleece sheets as the nights could be a little bit chill. The electric shower was great with plenty of hot water. The walk into the nearby town of Coja via the ribeiro was my daily meditation. Although it had rustic features, this place was immaculately finished with modern details. The rooms are large and spotless and the owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The breakfast provided was extremely generous and very tasty.
