Syntony Hotels - Paradinha Village is situated in a serene rural part of Portugal near Arouca, offering a wonderfully tranquil and calm atmosphere. The rooms feature an industrial style that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment, creating a harmonious and soothing ambiance that effortlessly melts away stress. The views from the hotel rooms are absolutely breathtaking, nestled in a valley between two hillsides. The lush vegetation and the soothing sound of the nearby river create a wonderfully relaxing ambiance, perfect for rejuvenating your energy. On hot summer days, the hotel provides a refreshing saltwater pool for guests to cool off. For those seeking a more "natural" experience, the nearby Paiva river is just a short five-minute walk away and offers an excellent spot for a swim. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, they do offer a convenient "home delivery" service, allowing guests to order typical Portuguese cuisine dishes from a nearby restaurant and have them delivered right to their doorsteps. The breakfast served at the hotel is a delightful representation of Portuguese cuisine, featuring sweet pastries, yogurt, cheese & ham, as well as bread, coffee, and tea. Personally, I found it to be tasty and delicious.

We were very lucky to choose Ana's house, we spent wonderful days with the family in a new, warm, very clean and cozy house. We felt like we were visiting our cousin. The house is comfortable and has everything you need and even more. There are games for children, my girls enjoyed playing. The village is very quiet and there is a good restaurant. We will definitely come again.

The location was very remote but that’s what you want when staying at these hotels. Very peaceful. breakfast was simple but fresh and with a very “home feeling”. Rooms were really comfortable with an amazing Mountain View. Would 100% recommend to anyone

The two sisters running the hotel were very welcoming, going out of their way to look after us. It was out of season and I think we were the only guests. Nevertheless they opened up the games/TV room in the annex for us and served us a wonderful 3 course dinner with wine and coffee for a very reasonable price (also providing vegetarian options for one of our party). The hotel is beautifully positioned by the river, in the centre of the village, with hot springs bubbling up in the public gardens opposite.
