This house was in a very quite neighborhood about 20 min drive from the city. The house is modern and has a beautiful ocean view and a private pool. We had 10 people in our group and the home was spacious for all of us. Monica was a very attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and requests.

- Probably the best hotel we stayed at in the Azores - Location is secluded, close to the beach and a short drive from Sete Cidades - Staff is very helpful and welcoming - Common / bar areas feel very homey and are great to wind down after a day of hiking - Heated pool is perfect to relax / when it's raining - Breakfast is cooked to order and very tasty / using local produce

We loved this place! Great location, stunning views, nice pool, the house was well equipped. It had a Nespresso coffee machine, salt, oil, sugar. Nice owner, no problem for a late check in (I read somewhere that it was €15 extra for late check in but we were not charged). They left us a basket of local foods and drinks to try which was amazing. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend & repeat!

We’d stay at several 5 star hotels before Mosteiros Place and this out outperformed those other hotels! Really high class. It had very much a ”home”-feeling since there are only 6 apartments with great spaces and the most amazing sunset from the apartment window! The staff were also so welcoming and friendly, and we got a little gift as we came for our honeymoon. Would love to come back

From the very first glance off the terrace, we were left breathless – the ocean stretches endlessly before you, and every evening it transforms into a living canvas of the most magnificent sunsets one could ever imagine. Mornings began with gentle yoga on the terrace, with nothing but the sound of waves and the feeling of a new day being born with fresh energy. A swim in the saltwater pool felt like bathing in the sea itself, yet in complete privacy and comfort. Each day we looked forward to Anna’s breakfast – not just a meal, but an experience prepared with love, setting the tone for the entire day. Alex became our invaluable guide – his tips and advice led us to places and moments we would never have discovered on our own. And then came the evenings… moments when we sank into a lounge chair and simply gazed at the stars as they lit up over the ocean. It was a time of pure peace, harmony, and connection with this magical place. Villa Anna is not just accommodation – it is an experience that etches itself deep into your heart. And it is one of the very few places where we can honestly say: we will most certainly return.

Very quiet location, apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay.supermarkets/ airport 5 minutes away. Spotless apartment,also provided washing liquid for machine and shampoo etc. Marcia kept in touch to see we were ok. Definetly reccomend.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail in every corner is evident. The hot tub is a great way to unwind the day, breakfast was delicious. Would love to return one day, highly recommend.

    BLACK MOULD AND DAMP IN PROPERTY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    BLACK MOULD AND DAMP IN PROPERTY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As soon as you walk into the property, there is a VERY strong smell of damp/mould. It meant I couldn't sleep properly for the 2 nights we were there and I actually had breathing problems for days afterwards. There was a huge dehumidifier in the kitchen and it had also recently been re-painted so the owners know of this issue and still are accepting paying customers, which is terrible as it's a health hazard! We let the reception know and what they offered as an alternative accommodation was not relative. Also we only had 3 days on the island so didn't have time to be researching alternative places to stay. It was the morning so we'd opened all the doors to get rid of the smell. At night when all doors and windows were closed, the smell was unbearable and we felt trapped and unsafe. I would NOT recommend staying in this property at all. Anything positive about the property is negated by the black mould and smell of the property.
