Like the locations, the pool, the facilities, free parking...
Like the locations, the pool, the facilities, free parking and car charging, the VIEWS. It just needs some upkeep, and more staff to keep it running well. The current reception staff are VERY good, but that cannot be everywhere. We had a maintenance issue occur on our room, Sink faucet handle broke off)but it was so late, it couldn't be fixed until the morning (we were only staying ONE night. so we had to use the kitchen sink (Thank GOD we had that!🙏🏻) We also cannot understand why they let the BEAUTIFUL breakfast buffet serve the hot foods COLD> There is NO attempt to keep the chaffing dishes warmed. No water, not stereo or other source of heat. Breakfast opens at 7:00. We are always there between 7 and 7:10. But our eggs are ALWAYS COLD! They offered to make us an omelet, but that requires more work than simply lighting a stereo can beneath a bath of water in the chaffing dishes?! I will still choose to stay here, as we must come weekly, and its location and ease of parking, wifi, and STAFF are wonderful. It is always CLEAN, and a good bargain.
