A beautifully presented hotel with a quirky. Cherry theme - you can even stay inside a cherry. The staff are lovely and super helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed it as an excellent base for exploring the Serra da Estrela Natural Reserve. There are some awesome hikes in the area.

It was the most relaxed, most restful stay of our entire vacation. A great starting point for exploring Serra da Estrela. In the middle of nowhere, you can enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the Serra da Estrela. The staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. There's plenty of parking.

The property is great! Despite being a bit tricky to get to the location, the property is amazing, quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway, a weekend with family or friends! Lovely apartment. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Nice quiet location with a good view across the valley. There is no wifi. The small town is a bit remote but there is a larger town about 15 mins drive where you can get supplies.

Lovely location, Lovely little village, amazing and friendly host, could not do enough to help and guide you.Nice and clean. Plenty of free parking. Lots of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Amazing river side beach and waterfalls, only 5 min walk away.

    Paul has fantastic conditions by its location/views of the mountain and a very nice small river, however needs further improvement to fully exploit such advantage. The park at the riverside lacks trails to be able to fully profit from the location. Adequate signaling is missing in the village.
