Absolutely magnificent location. The view on the ocean is perfect, sleeping to the sound of ocean waves is relaxing. Cleanliness is top notch. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Apartment is spacious and has plenty of natural light (but doesn't heat up much). A/C in every room. Nice pool with superb where you can also enjoy the view on the surrounding hills while sunbathing.

The location is excellent — even within the already calm and charming village of Ponta Delgada. The apartment's design in general is great, it was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more (like salt, coffee, a drip coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials). We slept very well overall, and the car was always parked in a safe, quiet spot each night, even when no space was available right next to the building.

Clean, cosy room. Excellent location and beautiful domain. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. We had a great time, one of our top stays in Madeira. Highly recommend it to everyone!

they have a buffet style restaurant. it was very yammy to me. As a hiker, this kind of restaurant is super lovely. hikers wanna load full in their stomach after a long hiking, right? Also they have a laundry service, which was very nice and done very shortly(3hrs). Reception desk is also 24hrs, I got here very late night and they welcomed me. good place. steak on menu was very nice. try it.

Lovely home with a great location for visiting Sao Vicente, PR16 walk and a local vineyard. We really enjoyed using the balcony in our room, the shared kitchen/dining area, and an evening sitting outside having dinner followed by using the hot tub! The room was comfortable with everything you needed, and a spacious bathroom. We were also lucky enough to meet the hosts who were absolutely lovely.

A beautiful and super clean apartment in a quiet location near the mountains in central part of the island. Really close to all points of interest. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and more. The host was really nice and flexible. Highly recommended!

    Ponta Delgada is a quiet and beautiful place.

    Ponta Delgada is a quiet and beautiful place. From here you can easily travel in all directions of this beautifull island by car. Access to the Atlantic Ocean is rare. If there is an access, it is almost always rocky - you should be sure-footed here. There are hardly any sandy beaches, we didn't find any. During the season there is a small public swimming pool in Ponta Delgada.

    Beautiful unspoilt village with a great pool by the sea that is popular with locals. Lots of lovely walks and amazing scenery as the mountains comes down into the ocean. Good roads to drive here as you come through the tunnels so 35 mins to Funchal and 10 mins to Sao Vicente.

    The biggest advantage is that the hotel has an outdoor pool with amazing views! They give you free umbrellas and you can really enjoy your day there. The room had a big balcony with views as well. The room was huge but a bit outdated. Huge bed.

    We enjoyed our stay in Ponta Delgada very much. The place is perfect to explore the north of Madeira. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, all you need is there :) very helpful staff! We 100% reccomend!
