This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff, the room, the restaurant, the roof terrace are all extremely good. One word of caution - they have Marshall bluetooth speakers in the rooms. They are extremely good, and the first thing I did on returning home was to order one!

The staff was very friendly. The receptionists (Enzo and the others) were always very helpful. They upgraded our room to superior room, because there was availability and the room was magnificient. There was a bottle of champaigne, mini wine bottles and snacks and all the minibar was free for us. We couldnt believe it! The room was big, always clean.
