Located in a rural village full of heart and soul. Located between Almeida and Guarda which makes it the perfect rest stop. The home still has it’s old charm mixed with modern touches. The room was spacious, clean, simple and very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying !! At night, the city lights were beautiful and lit up from the room.

The room was big and very clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, we had a problem and had to do a very late check-in and they were waited for us. Breakfast was also very good!

A great place as a "base" for exploring the area - brilliant for anyone into hiking and nature! And staying here supports the work of Rewilding Portugal. I would say the place is halfway between a hostel and a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there was heating available, which was needed as it was unusually cold at the time during my stay. The room was attractively furnished and clean. The communal areas also felt comfortable and well thought-out.
