What a lovely place!
What a lovely place! We were on a business trip, but would definitely come back on holiday, for a lot longer! Would never have considered Mangalia, Romania if we didn't have to come and attend a vessel near Neptune beach. Very nice place to stay at. People are friendly and locals is there to help you if you are lost or need help. almost all restaurants are awesome. BUT, do not go the grill called "La nevasta Mofturosa" close to Belvedere. It is a total disaster with chef cannot cook and being ruud if you complain about food being total mess! He screams and threatnes with police if you don´t pay for food you tasted and find uneatible....... So a big WARNING for this scam place!
