Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

It was an unexpected location but in a very very quiet location. The breakfast served was amazing and the host even made us some fresh warm dessert cake! The decor is beautiful and extremely clean. They were very accommodating even though it was a late night last minute booking. The rooms are unique and we loved staying here very much.

to be fair I felt like I was at home ...I drank my coffee by myself every single morning at the reception(Nespresso machine open 7/24 to have a coffee) They seem to trust the hotel customers it feels like hotel belongs to you...I can say that it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I was afraid to go to the toilet. it was that clean:) Very friendly manager. Not to mention that it is right next to Kaufland if you are grocery lover like me... I was here for the conference, and I felt very comfortable...brand new hotel, beautiful manager Laure said it has been only 4 months they opened.wish you have a lot of earnings <3 Loves, CAGRI
